How to choose a winter hat Wearing a hat is the key to keeping the winter warm, including your head. As with the rest of the body, it is important to keep your head and ears dry.
How to Choose a Winter Hat
Winter hats come in many outfits, and this guide aims to help you find the best winter hat for your needs and style.

Fortunately, for those who immediately think that hats don't suit me, I'll also give you some advice on which hats fit your face shape.

Face shape
If you are not sure what winter hat is best for you, consider the shape of your face first. Like a hairstyle, not all hats fit all face shapes. Don't know the shape of your face? The most common ones are:

Oval – long face with curved jaw lines

Heart-shaped – long, sharp jaw lines and clear cheekbones

Rectangular – long and narrow face

Round – face as wide as long

Rectangle – long, wide face with strong chin line

Types of winter hats
Winter hats are made of warmer fabrics than summer hats. Wool, felt, fur, fleece, etc.
Beanie Hat
No winter hat is suitable for all occasions, but there is a style that suits what you are looking for, including casual wear and more formal sports.

The color of the hat often determines which situation is appropriate. Boldly colored hats and patterned hats tend to have a more casual tie, making them ideal for leisure activities such as skiing and weekend wear.

If you're running or cycling at night or doing extreme winter sports that require rescue, the bright neon colors are ideal if you want to see. Neon hats may not be suitable for formal behavior!

Stick to the darker colors and neutral tones that are dressers for work and more formal occasions. Black, brown, gray, and navy hats are a little versatile because they can be worn so as not to overuse them.
Bobble Hat

Beanie hats are probably the most popular knitted hat style and are a winter staple for most people. Beanie hats are most often made of polyester or acrylic, but can also be made of wool or fleece.

Fleece lining, folds, bobble are common features of beanie hats. Beanie hats can be found in solid colors and simple designs, and more bold patterns and text designs are increasingly prevalent.

If you have an elliptical face, your face will not stretch, so a fitted beanie is best. If you have a heart-shaped face, choose a sloppy beanie that softens the angle of the face.

The beanie hat's casual style makes them perfect for off-duty wear and is less suitable for formal wear.

Bobble hat

Always a popular hat choice for children, adults are now involved in this act. A bobbin hat is usually a knit beanie hat with a "ball" on top, and fur pompoms is a popular choice.

For those who have an elliptical or rectangular face, such as a beanie hat, a goblet compliments your face shape. In fact, a goblet hat fits most face shapes.
Trapper Hat

The trapper and aviator hats are essentially eared (flipping) hats and are probably some of the warmest winter hats. The trapper hat resembles Ushankas, a Russian-style hat typically made of sheepskin, rabbit, or muskrat fur. Aviator hats are usually made of leather and have fur on the forehead and ear flaps.

If it's extremely cold, you don't need to wear a blindfold, but a trapper or aviator hat makes it less susceptible to cold and wind. Ear flaps are designed to enhance protection from the elements.

Whether you choose traditional fur styles or hats of these styles, which are more ridiculous, fits most face types and is popular with both men and women.
Dear Stalker Hat

Deerstalker hats are most closely related to the famous Sherlock Holmes hat, and are therefore often associated with detective headgear. Deerstalker hats were originally worn by rural people and, as the name suggests, hunted deer.

Traditional deers are usually made from wool tweed and lined with satin or polished cotton. The main feature of this style hat is the shape of the helmet, with a visor on the front and back.
Fedora

Fedora is a more structured winter hat with a collar, most commonly made of wool and worn by both men and women. Traditional Fedora hats have a central fold and are sandwiched between the front of the crown.

Fedora hat taper growth adds length and is ideal for those with shorter faces. Choose a small brim style so your face doesn't look small. If you have a rectangular face shape, you can afford a Fedora with wider edges.
